Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, state bar number, and notification preferences when you register. Filers who submit a dismissed case provide their name, contact number, email address, bankruptcy state and district, case number, goals, and income status.

2. How We Use Information

Attorney information is used to authenticate eligibility, process lead purchases, and deliver lead alerts by text and/or email according to your preferences. Filer information is used to create and display redacted lead listings, route leads to the correct state and district board, and—after purchase—disclose unredacted contact details only to the purchasing attorney.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell lead data. A filer’s full name and contact number are shared only with the single attorney who completes payment for that lead. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., payment processing, SMS and email delivery), and when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Redaction is applied to sensitive filer data until a lead is purchased. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you should protect your account credentials accordingly.

5. Your Choices

You can update your notification preferences or account information at any time by signing in. You may opt out of text alerts by replying STOP to any message. Email notifications include an unsubscribe link. Note that some service-related messages cannot be disabled.

6. Retention

We retain account and transaction records as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Filer contact details are retained for the same purposes and in accordance with any applicable state rules.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised policy.
