Terms of Use
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Overview
Pro se Leads LLC (“Pro se Leads,” “we,” or “us”) operates an online lead-referral marketplace that connects bankruptcy attorneys with pro se individuals who have recently had a Chapter 13 case dismissed. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any leads purchased through the platform.
2. Eligibility
To purchase leads, you must be a licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. state or territory and maintain any required malpractice insurance. You must provide accurate, current registration information, including your name, contact number, state bar number, and notification preferences. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
3. Lead Listings
Leads are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each lead listing includes the filer’s bankruptcy state, district, case number, dismissal timing, and a flat purchase price. Personally identifiable information—such as the filer’s full name and contact number—is redacted until payment is confirmed. A lead is removed from the public board only after successful payment processing.
4. Purchase and Payment
Standard leads are priced at $125 each unless otherwise marked. Reinstated leads are offered at no charge. Clicking “Claim” does not complete a purchase; payment must be processed before a lead is considered sold and unsealed. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly provided in a separate refund policy.
5. Use of Lead Information
Lead information is provided solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially representing the referred individual. You may not resell, redistribute, or use lead data for any purpose other than direct attorney-client solicitation consistent with applicable rules of professional conduct. You are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, state bar advertising rules, and any other laws governing attorney outreach.
6. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Pro se Leads is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship between Pro se Leads and any user or filer. The purchase of a lead does not establish an attorney-client relationship; that relationship is formed only between you and the filer under the laws and rules of your jurisdiction.
7. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee that any lead will become a retained client, that case information will remain accurate after dismissal, or that a purchased lead is still available for representation. Lead data is sourced from public court dockets and filer submissions. All purchases are made at your own professional judgment and risk.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact us to close your account.
